MARKETING ACTION PLAN 

bulletCMA – Completive Market Analysis – Set the price right the first time.
 
bulletTake color photos of your home for the MLS and for marketing flyers.
 
bulletPlace your home in the MLS.  This gives Realtors working with buyers access to information on your home.  It places your home on the HAR’s (Houston Association of Realtors’) web site www.har.com .  Many other Real Estate sites, such as www.Realtor.com , get there listings by downloading the HAR site.  Therefore your home will also appear on those other sites.
 
bulletWith your permission, place my sign in your yard.  This advertises your home to the public.  It also provides the public with telephone numbers where they can reach me or an associate throughout the day and into the evening.
 
bulletAlso with your permission, I will place a lockbox outside of your house with the key to your home.  This, along with placing your home on Centralized Showing, allows Real Estate Professionals to show your home throughout the day with your knowledge and permission.
 
bulletPromote your home to other Real Estate Professionals through flyers, e-mail, and personal contact.
 
bulletPlace your home on the Realtor Tour when your area is being toured.  This exposes your home to other Realtors who may have a buyer for your home.
 
bulletWith your permission hold one or more “Open Houses” to market your home directly to the public.
 
bulletPlace an ad for your home in one or more publications such as on Keller Williams’s page in the Villager.
 
bulletProvide your home with a web site of its own to Market (vs. just List) your home.  The sign outside and ads I place will carry this web address, thus turning a simple ad into a full color brochure.  I know of no other Agent in this area that does this.
 
bulletA Interactive Computer CD slideshow showcasing your home in ways no paper flyer ever could.  I leave these at your home for prospects to take along with standard flyers. This is a must see marketing tool.  No other agent has this new and advanced marketing tool..  Prospective buyers may throw away paper flyers, but few will throw a CD away.
