First Time Buyers:
A first-time homebuyer is an individual who meets any one of the following criteria:

A single parent (must have primary custody of child) who has only owned with a former spouse who now owns the previous residence.•
An individual who is a displaced homemaker and has only owned with a spouse.•
An individual who has only owned a principal residence not permanently affixed to a permanent foundation in accordance with applicable regulations.•
An individual who has only owned a property that was not in compliance with State, local or model building codes and which cannot be brought into compliance for less than the cost of constructing a permanent structure.
Sunrise Meadow Program Requirements

Must be “first time homebuyer”•
The home must be located within Sunrise Meadows Subdivision•
Buyer(s) must obtain financing through one of the “Sunrise Meadows Participating Lenders”•
The home must remain the principal place of residence of the buyer(s) for at least ten years•
Buyer(s) household gross income cannot exceed the following amounts by family size:|
